Cyclone separator

Separates soap fines generated during drying of liquid soap at output of 6000-8000 kg/h toilet soap.

Wall thickness 6 mm

All metallic parts in contact with soap are in stainless steel 304

The cyclone top is of volute type.

Cylindrical part diameter :1100 mm

Manhole diameter 450 mm.

Deviation between centerlines of adjacent sections: 1 mm max.

Deviation from true circle :1.5 mm max

The property class of all threaded fasteners will be over 8.8, and with  locking  devices                                                                                                              

The threaded fasteners made from stainless steel the strength of material will not lower than that of A270.
