Inclined Bottom-Discharged milling machine for soap machine

This is soap mill No dropping down of soap chips from the rolls to floor; No soap dust flying around the mill during operation

The 3 rolls are aranged in inclined line to the vertical, and the millled soap is discharged from bottom roll.

Soap chips are discharged from bottom roll, so that:

•No dropping down of soap chips from the rolls to floor;

•No soap dust flying around the mill during operation;

•The productivity is 20% up compared with traditional 3-roll mill;

•The milled soap is more fine in texture, higher foaming capability, and more translucent;
